It started on a Tuesday
Five short chapters, each one ending in the printable it turned into. You can leave at any point — the whole shelf is at the bottom either way.

It started on a Tuesday.
5:47 PM. Daycare pickup done, toddler already crying in the back seat about something, the wrong snack, the wrong song, the wrong everything. Dinner wasn't planned. The work laptop was still open at home. And there was nothing left. Not one drop.
That moment is why BreatheMaMaShop exists.

We built it from the floor.
We didn't build this brand from a business plan. We built it from the floor. Because that's where so many of us end up at the end of the day, sitting on the kitchen floor, back against the cabinet, toddler nearby, just trying to remember how to breathe.
So the first printables were made for that exact spot on the floor — low effort, low energy, nothing to prepare.

Nobody talks about that moment honestly.
The internet shows you the organized snack drawer and the smiling bedtime routine. It doesn't show you the meltdown over the wrong cup color. It doesn't show you the guilt spiral after cartoons bought you ten minutes of silence. It doesn't show you crying in the car before you walk through the door, falling apart before you can hold everything together again.
We see that mama. We are that mama.

Both things are true. Both are allowed.
BreatheMaMaShop was created for working mothers of toddlers. The ones giving everything at the office and finding more to give at home. The ones who love their children so fiercely it hurts, and who also, some evenings, count down the minutes to bedtime.
Both things are true. Both are allowed.

Made for the version of you at 6 PM.
Every printable we make is designed for your lowest-energy moment. Not the version of you that has it together. The version doing her best with what's left at 6 PM; which, by the way, is still extraordinary.
The shelf keeps growing: some for you, some for the toddler beside you.
You showed up. That's everything.
